Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at hello@poppackaging.studio. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised products (e.g. packaging with your logo or specific dimensions)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods, personal care products, or hazardous materials (if applicable)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible), and once accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with all returns, your item must be in the same condition as received – unused, with tags, and in original packaging – and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
